What services do you provide?

We connect families with verified W-2 caregivers for:

  • Caregiving (elderly & companion support, medication reminders, meal prep, mobility support, supervision)
  • Special needs support (personalized routines and assistance based on the client’s needs)
  • Respite & family relief (scheduled coverage so family caregivers can rest while a trusted professional stays with your loved one)
How quickly can I book a caregiver?

Availability depends on your location, schedule, and the type of service. You can browse available profiles and request a booking anytime. For urgent needs, choose the soonest available time and we’ll help you connect quickly.

Do you serve all NYC boroughs?

Yes. We connect clients with verified caregivers across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island (and nearby areas when available).

How do payments work?

Payments are processed securely through our platform. You’ll see the total cost for your booking before confirming. After service is completed, you can leave a rating and review.

Are caregivers verified and background-checked?

Yes. We use a verification process that may include identity verification, background checks, and credential validation where applicable. Individual profiles may show verified badges and documentation status.

Can I schedule recurring services?

Yes. You can request one-time or recurring bookings. Many clients schedule weekly or daily support depending on availability and the caregiver’s schedule.

For W-2 Caregivers

Am I a W-2 employee?

Yes. Caregivers are W-2 employees of CAS Private Care LLC. Taxes are withheld through payroll, and you will complete payroll onboarding (including direct deposit details) as part of hiring.

How do I get paid?

You are paid on a regular payroll schedule via direct deposit. You can view your work history in your caregiver dashboard. Assignment and pay details are confirmed inside the platform.

Do I choose my clients and bookings?

Yes. You can review booking details (service type, schedule, location, and requirements) and decide whether to accept. No minimum hours are required.

Where can I work?

Bookings are available across NYC boroughs based on demand and your availability. You can filter requests by distance/location to find jobs that fit your route.

Do you offer referral or partner programs?

We may offer partner programs (for example, marketing partners). Eligibility and terms are shown inside the platform or shared by our team—program amounts and compensation details are not displayed publicly.

What do I need to join?

To join, complete registration and verification. Requirements may include identity verification, background checks, and confirming any applicable certifications (HHA/CNA/CPR) depending on the services you offer.
